I received an email from a dear collector of mine that her husband had passed away. Being a quilter, she decided to make a lovely memory quilt out of his shirts. She asked me if I would make a small keepsake mohair teddy bear using my fur fabric, and if I would incorporate the fabric from one of his shirts into the bear. She wanted this bear to be small enough to fit inside the pocket of another of his shirts. That pocket will be prominently featured in the Memory Quilt and the little bear will be peeking out.
Well now this little Memory Bear has been finished… and is all ready to sit in the place of honor when the lovely Memory Quilt is finished.
